welp.
this morning my brain decided to wake me up at 4:30 am... really?!
so after tossing and turning (while trying to not wake the boy up) for a few minutes, i gave in.
hence a new post :)
the sweet little gift i mentioned last time.

alright. real talk time.
if it was up to me, every single blog since november 17th would be about kai
and what God has been teaching me since then.
i mean... i guess it is up to me,
but it seems like i should move on already, right?
wrong.
God is still chiseling.
so today (while still bright dark and early)
i have decided that having an upbeat, always fun (fake) blog is overrated,
and sharing truths about Him in the midst of grief is necessary.
because Jesus said in John 16:33 (MSG)
"in this godless world you will experience difficulties.
But take heart! I've conquered the world."
i pray that you are encouraged by how God has graciously but firmly dealt
with me in the posts to come!
